If you are feeling unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, here’s what you need to know to obtain a refund:

All purchases (excluding clearance) are eligible for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery
- Returns must be unused/unworn, in new and sellable condition and in its original packaging
- Returns must have all manufacture labels attached
- We do not offer exchanges, but what you can do is request a refund and place a new order
If any items in your return do not meet the above guidelines, your request for a refund will be denied.
Here’s how to pack and ship the returning products to us:
- Please include the original packing slip along with the returning merchandise in your return package and securely seal the packaging or mailer with tape
- Please take it to your local USPS postal center and ship
- All returns are under the responsibility of the customer until the returning package has arrived at our facility
- All costs associated with your return are incurred by the customer unless we made a mistake in fulfilling your order
- When your return is received and reviewed (typically within 72 hrs of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically posted to your original method of payment within 7 business days
- Please be aware that based on your credit issuing company, it might take up to 2-10 business days for funds to reach your account at your financial institution
