Return Policy

We at Alithia believe customer experience is one of our highest priorities. 

If you are feeling unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, here’s what you need to know to obtain a refund:

  • All purchases (excluding clearance) are eligible for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Returns must be unused/unworn, in new and sellable condition and in its original packaging
  • Returns must have all manufacture labels attached
  • We do not offer exchanges, but what you can do is request a refund and place a new order 

If any items in your return do not meet the above guidelines, your request for a refund will be denied.

    Here’s how to pack and ship the returning products to us:

    • Please include the original packing slip along with the returning merchandise in your return package and securely seal the packaging or mailer with tape
    • Please take it to your local USPS postal center and ship
    • All returns are under the responsibility of the customer until the returning package has arrived at our facility
    • All costs associated with your return are incurred by the customer unless we made a mistake in fulfilling your order
    • When your return is received and reviewed (typically within 72 hrs of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically posted to your original method of payment within 7 business days 
    • Please be aware that based on your credit issuing company, it might take up to 2-10 business days for funds to reach your account at your financial institution
